A reschedule link moves an event you’ve already scheduled to a new time. Send the student a single-use link, they pick a new slot, and the original event moves to it.
Reschedule links are available on the Professional plan. On the free plan the Reschedule action is hidden.
1

Open Reschedule

Right-click the event and choose Reschedule, or open the event and click the Reschedule button. Harness creates the link, copies its URL, and opens the link’s settings in the Scheduling panel.
2

Add the open times

Add the availability you want to offer for the move, in the form or by dragging on the calendar grid while the link is open.
3

Pick the move scope (repeating events only)

If the event repeats, choose whether the move applies to one date or the whole series.
4

Send the link

The link was already copied when you opened it. Use Copy link to grab the URL again, or Copy with message to paste it with your note.

Choose what moves

For a repeating event, a reschedule link lets you move one date or shift the whole series, and the student still picks the time. When you’re rescheduling a single occurrence of a repeating series, the link offers a Move scope choice:
ChoiceWhat moves

This and followingThe series shifts to the new slot. Past dates stay untouched.
