Everything about your own Harness subscription lives at Settings → Subscription: your current plan, the next renewal, your card, your receipts, and the buttons to change any of it. For what each plan includes, see Plans and limits.

Upgrade

On the Hobby plan or during a trial, choose monthly or annual billing from the upgrade control and complete checkout. Your plan is active the moment payment goes through.

Switch between monthly and annual

Open the plan change dialog from your plan card:
  • Moving up (monthly → annual): you pay the prorated difference today and the new period starts now.
  • Moving down (annual → monthly): the switch happens at your renewal date. Until then a banner shows the pending change, with Keep current plan to cancel it.

Update your payment method

The payment method row shows the card on file. Manage in Stripe opens a secure Stripe page to replace it; nothing about your plan changes.

See your receipts

Billing history lists your recent Harness invoices, each linking to a Stripe-hosted receipt you can download for your books.

Cancel

Click Cancel subscription, pick a reason, and confirm. Cancelling is never immediate: your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and the page shows the date. Until that date a Reactivate button undoes the cancellation with one click.
Cancelling never deletes anything. At the period’s end you move to the Hobby plan with all your data. If you’re over 5 active students at that point, Harness asks you to pick who stays active; see Plans and limits.
