If you charge the same few prices over and over (“30-min lesson 35","60−minlesson35", "60-min lesson 60”), save each one as a preset instead of retyping it. A lesson’s price is its rate, set on the calendar event; presets fill that field in one click.

Create a preset

Open Rate presets

Go to Settings → Rate presets.

Add the rate

Give it a name and a dollar amount per lesson, then save. Edit or delete a preset from the same list any time.

Use a preset

When you create an event with Payment on, open the rate field’s preset picker and choose one. The lesson shows the preset’s name next to its price; every student on the lesson is charged that rate when you mark attendance.
A preset copies its amount onto the lesson. Editing or deleting the preset later changes nothing already scheduled or already charged; it only affects lessons you price from it afterwards.
