Profile and studio details - Harness Docs

Two settings pages hold who you are: Settings → Profile (you) and Settings → Studio (your business). The studio details feed your invoice header, so they’re worth filling in before you bill anyone.

Profile

Field	Notes
Profile picture	JPG, PNG, or WEBP, up to 2MB, at least 400 × 400.
First and last name	Required.
Email	Shown for reference; it’s your sign-in email and isn’t edited here.
Phone	Optional.
Timezone	Required. Detected from your browser the first time; every calendar time follows it (see below).
Sending address	The `@instructor.harnesscalendar.com` address your studio’s emails come from. Shown for reference.

Your timezone drives every calendar time

Harness shows all times in your studio timezone, never your device’s clock. That keeps your calendar and your students’ emails consistent when you travel or a device is set wrong. If times ever look shifted by an hour or a few, this setting is the first thing to check.

Studio

Field	Notes
Studio name	Required. Appears on your invoices and emails.
Website	Optional. Can appear in your invoice header.
Studio address	Optional. Can appear in your invoice header.

Which of these actually print on an invoice is up to you: the header toggles live in your invoicing defaults.

Theme cycles Light → Dark → System.
