Set up the form
Your sign-up form lives under Settings → Onboarding form. Two settings shape it:- Enable form turns the public form on.
- Form type sets the level of granularity the form asks.
| Type | Steps | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Simplified | 3 | Who’s signing up, their contact details, then review. |
| Dynamic (default) | Up to 7 | Adapts to the answers: contact preferences, parent or guardian details, extra contacts, and notification settings. |

Paste the link into an email, text, or message. Anyone with the link can open your sign-up form.
